disable new loginUI via the registry key: HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Authentication\LogonUI\TestHooks\Threshold=0 (which didn’t exist).

Also tried adding the key DUIMode=0 and disabling or set value XamlCredUIAvailable = 0
