Findings: Cleaning out windows firewall rules and readding the addfwexclusions list
1. Open Command Prompt (if 2k8 use elevated privileges).
2. Navigate to the Software_Installation_Path>\Base folder
3. Run the AddFWExclusions.bat file
4. All applicable CommCell communication programs and services are added to the Windows Firewall Exception list. Underlying Cause: Environmental Secondary Cause:
